Professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal results, tuning accuracy, and warranty protection.

Important Note: Gen3 Formline manifolds will not work with this kit.

•Do I need a tune?

Yes. A custom tune is necessary to fully optimize your vehicle's performance and ensure compatibility with aftermarket modifications.

•Will this fit the 2021+ F-150 3.5L EcoBoost as well?

This kit was designed to be a complete bolt-on upgrade for the 2021+ Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost.

Full-Race have found that it can also fit the 2021+ F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, but it requires a Raptor-style dual exhaust midpipe and a custom dual exhaust system.

•Is professional installation required?

While the 2021+ Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Formline® Turbo Kit is designed for hassle-free installation, professional installation is strongly recommended.

•Are these the same as regular SPD downpipes?

No. These are custom SPD downpipes made specifically for this turbo kit. While based on SPD’s proven design, they differ from the off-the-shelf version in fitment and geometry.

•What is the typical labor time for installation?

Installation time can vary depending on the shop and your specific setup, but most shops quote around 14 hours of labor to install the full kit.

•Are the manifolds in this kit the same as the Formline® GEN3 Manifolds sold separately?

Not exactly. The manifolds included in this kit are adapted Formline® GEN2 manifolds, re-engineered to fit the GEN3 3.5L EcoBoost’s cooled-EGR system.

They offer the same flow and durability advantages as the standard Formline® design but were developed exclusively for this turbo kit to allow fitment with the 2017-2020 Garrett PowerMax Stage 2 turbos.

The Formline® Manifolds for the 2021+ Ford F-150 & Raptor feature a unique casting optimized for direct replacement and standalone installs, but they are not interchangeable with the manifolds or turbos in this kit.

•Will this affect my vehicle’s warranty?

•What kind of performance gains can I expect?

It is not legal for sale in California and is intended for off-road or race use where emissions compliance is not required.
