Install Difficulty Level:

• Installing the ICON Alpha wheel is easy and can be done in less than an hour per wheel. You will need a jack, a lug wrench, a torque wrench, and a socket set. Follow the instructions below:

  1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
  2. Loosen the lug nuts on the wheel you want to replace, but do not remove them completely.
  3. Jack up the vehicle and place a jack stand under the frame for safety.
  4. Remove the lug nuts and the wheel from the hub.
  5. Clean the hub and the wheel studs with a wire brush to remove any dirt or rust.
  6. Align the new wheel with the hub and slide it onto the wheel studs.
  7. Hand-tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern, making sure the wheel is seated properly on the hub.
  8. Lower the vehicle and remove the jack stand.
  9. Torque the lug nuts to the manufacturer’s specifications, using a torque wrench and a socket.
  10. Repeat the process for the other wheels.
