ICON’s Intelligent Control (IIC) system uses real-time data from onboard sensors, including a G-force sensor and Gyroscope, to predict terrain and wheel position. With over 1000 data points processed per second, the system sends instantaneous adjustments to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers, ensuring superior ride quality and handling in under 40 milliseconds. The system also connects to the IIC Mobile App, allowing users to easily adjust shock settings and monitor data. Whether you're hitting the trails or hauling heavy loads, this kit elevates your driving experience to new heights.

Key Features

Real-time Suspension Adjustments: Processes over 1000 data points per second to make instant damping adjustments.

Advanced Onboard Sensors: Includes G-force and Gyroscope sensors to monitor terrain and vehicle movement.

Instantaneous Shock Response: Delivers damping adjustments to CDEV shocks in less than 40 milliseconds.

IIC Mobile App Integration: Provides a Bluetooth interface to monitor, adjust, and record performance using an iOS device.

Selectable “Drive Modes”: Includes preconfigured modes (Normal, Desert, Haul) with the ability to create custom presets.

Data Logging: Tracks time, speed, distance, and G-forces for a detailed trip summary.

Easy Installation: Mounting brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses designed for simple, clean installation.

Benefits

Enhanced Performance: Provides real-time shock adjustments for superior handling and ride quality.

Customizable Ride: Adjust shock settings and create personalized presets to fit your driving style.

Instant Feedback: The system reacts in under 40 milliseconds, ensuring a smooth, responsive ride.

Improved Off-Road Capability: Optimized suspension response for off-road terrains and challenging conditions.

User-Friendly Mobile App: Adjust settings and monitor system performance effortlessly via Bluetooth.

Data Tracking: Record trip data for a complete performance overview and analysis.

Warranty Coverage: Backed by ICON’s limited lifetime warranty for reliability and peace of mind.

Product Specs

Compatibility: 2015-2023 Ford F-150

Material: High-quality materials for durable, long-lasting performance

Finish: Durable and weather-resistant for extended use

Color: Black

Installation Time: Approximately 2-3 hours

Includes: Mounting brackets, hardware, wire harnesses

Install Difficulty Level
Installing the ICON 93500 Intelligent Control Install Kit is straightforward and can be completed in about 2-3 hours.
